On the occasion of the Centennial Anniversary of Great Union of 1918, the Romanian Orthodox Metropolia of the Americas announces the Symposium

Organized by the Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church in Philadelphia, PA, the Symposium will take place on Saturday October 20th, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 pm at the University of Villanova, Dougherty Hall East Lounge, Dougherty Dr. Villanova, PA 19085.
Keynote Speakers:
- Professor Mona Momescu, PhD (Columbia University/Ovidius University of Constanta, Romania - The Romanian Language Institute): Romanian Language, Culture and Traditions - Unity and Continuity of the Romanian Identity in the U.S.
- V. Rev. Fr. Professor Theodor Damian, PhD (Metropolitan College of New York): Nicolae V. Hodoroaba, Militant in the Fight for the Great Reunification of Transylvania with Romania.
- V. Rev. Fr. Professor Nicolai Buga: A Talented Historian, Journalist and Scholar and His Unknown Contribution to the Achievement and International Recognition of the Great Union of the Romanians: Ambassador Vasile (Basil) Stoica.
