This year 2017 the Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of the United States of America will organize the according to the following schedule:

• September 15-16 – Deanery Assembly for Eastern USA at the Life Giving Fountain parish, Long Valley, NJ
• November 10-11 - Deanery Assembly for Western USA at the Holy Resurrection parish, Sacramento, CA
• November 24-25 - Deanery Assembly for Central USA at the Holy Trinity parish, Troy, MI

According to the Statutes of the Archdiocese, at the Deanery Assembly is composed by the following officers: the parish priest, the first cantor, the parish council president, the director of the religious education, the ladies’ auxiliary president, and two delegates from each parish. The Agenda of the meetings will be announced later.
